Instructions for changes by the Client and their cost implications shall be confirmed in writing.
All project changes shall be subject to an amendment that determines the scope, content and implications, notably in respect to time, costs and additional fees.
No architectural and aesthetic changes to the project, for whatever reason, its origin or its cost implications, shall be carried out without the written agreement of the author. In the absence of such an agreement, no liability may be attributed to the Consultant.
