The Consultant commits his/herself to the extent and within the limit of his/her duties and appointments, as described in this Agreement, to comply with the brief.
The Consultant is only held liable for the duties that fall within his/her Scope of Services and in accordance with the appendix for the distribution and attribution of services.
The Consultant will perform his/her services in collaboration with the other consultants of the Client, subject to his/her knowledge of the Scope of Services of these parties and reciprocally.
The Consultant shall provide information requested by the Client, and necessary for the understanding and the approval of the services that he/ she is appointed to perform within a period compatible with the timetable.
If the information and the documents provided by the Client are insufficient to allow the Consultant to carry out his/her appointment, or to determine the means necessary to complete the proposed brief, he/she will inform the Client without delay, so that all the additional information shall be provided.
