- Define the administrative and technical conditions in compliance with which the works shall be studied and carried out
- Prepare selection of architects
- Signature and administration of the Architects Agreements ; and payment of Architects fees
- Prepare selection of technical controller and other service providers for studies and assistance to the Client :
- signature and administration of Agreements of technical control and other service providers for studies or assistance to the Client
- payment of fees of technical controller and other service providers for studies or assistance to the Client
- Prepare selection and then signature and administration of construction insurances
- Prepare selection of Contractors and Suppliers
- Signature and administration of Construction and Supply Contracts :
- payment of accounts of Contractors and Suppliers
- hand over of Works
- Financial and accounting management of project
- Administration
- Litigation

And, in general, all action necessary to carry out the Appointments.
