The Client may, at any moment, suspend the Agreement by registered letter.
The suspension indemnities shall be determined on a monthly basis.
In this case, services that have been provided for the Work Stage in question, irrespective of the state of progress, shall be paid in full.
The indemnities to resume the services after suspension assigned to the Consultant are equal to 10 % of the amount of fees of the Work Stage to be resumed.
In the absence of information allowing the performance or the resumption of the Consultant’s appointment after a period of more than two months and notified by the Consultant by registered letter to the Client results in suspension one month after receipt of the letter by the Client.
The Consultant may suspend his/her services by registered letter, in the absence of an instruction authorising the following Work Stage, within two months of the submittal of the previous stage or, in the event of fault by the Client with respect to his/her obligations in respect to the means of payment of the Consultant’s fees after a formal request has remained without reply for a period of fourteen (14) days.
