The drawings submitted to the Client by the Consultant are for the sole use of this Agreement.
The Client undertakes not to unnecessarily disfigure the work by substantial changes, its general aspect and appearance without having first consulted the Consultant for his/her opinion. It is recorded that taking into account the function and commercial value of the work, the Client has the option to adapt the work, by a consultant of his/her choice for reasons of it being dilapidated, to take into account a change of use or in the event of a force majeure (and in particular the security of persons and assets).
However, the Client shall at least respect the moral right of the Consultant in respect to the choice of architectural or technical solutions that are compatible with the architectural work.
