In the Tender Action Work Stage, all parties shall respect the confidentiality with respect to the content of the Tender File.
The Consultant shall not be liable for compliance with this obligation for confidentiality by third parties.
The Consultant shall be entitled to publish in magazines or newspapers of his/her choice, notably in France, his/her studies or projects carried out under this Agreement provided that the name of the Client is mentioned.
However, the Consultant undertakes not to publish the project before its commercialisation.
